We can supply conductor pipes/casings plain end or with weld on connectors.
They feature a Primary Thread Seal and a Metal-to-Metal Seal. O-rings seals are an optional feature. This connector is available in either a two start or a four start configuration, with 2 threads per inch. Four start threads make-up in approximately one-half turn and two start threads make up in approximately one turn.
Crests and roots run parallel to the axis. The connector pin is designed to stab deeply into the box and the connection’s design facilitates self-alignment without the need for stab guides. Spin-up torque is very low and power torque loading occurs between 10 – 20% of a turn. All are only 1” over Pipe OD and the ID is 99% of Pipe ID. A ½” elevator shoulder on both pin and box allow it to be run pin up or box up.
